Western Conveyancing was established in 2009 and is led by Ainsley Spence, a conveyancing expert with more than 30 years’ experience in Melbourne’s Western Metropolitan Region (WMR).
Now part of the Sanicki Lawyers Group, Western Conveyancing continues to provide trusted, low, fixed-price conveyancing across Werribee, Melbourne, and Victoria.

Ainsley Spence
Senior Conveyancer
Ainsley joined Western Conveyancing as a Senior Conveyancer. In this role, she undertakes a range of tasks, including Purchase and Sales of residential and commercial property, leasing, plan of subdivision and consolidations, transfer of title, Application for Survivorship and transmission Applications. Ainsley has over 30 years’ experience in conveyancing matters. Outside of her professional and academic life, Ainsley is passionate about travel, all team sports and staying active. She enjoys coaching junior netball, attending the Western Bulldogs football games, and cherishes spending time with friends and family.

Dilini Wickramasinghe
Solicitor & Conveyancer
Dilini joined the Western Conveyancing team in April 2024, bringing extensive experience in residential, commercial, and off-the-plan property transactions. Dilini was admitted to practice as a solicitor in June 2025 after completing her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law. Her practice areas now include Wills & Estates and Powers of Attorney and continues to work closely with the team at Sanicki Lawyers to further develop her legal skills. Before joining Sanicki, she worked across various legal fields in Melbourne, including immigration and property law. Dilini was a practice lawyer in Sri Lanka and moved to Australia for her higher studies. Dilini holds a Bachelor of Laws (Sri Lanka), a Master of Marketing Management, a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law, and an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in Australia. Outside of work, Dilini is a former member of the Sri Lanka National School Netball Team, a highlight of her sports career.

Cindy Scicluna
Conveyancing Clerk
Cindy joined Western Conveyancing in September 2025 as a Conveyancing Clerk. Having completed her Diploma of Conveyancing in 2023, Cindy plays a key role in guiding clients through their property transactions. She provides dedicated support across all stages of the conveyancing process, from document preparation to settlement, ensuring each matter is managed with care, efficiency and attention to detail.

Abby Pratt
Reception
Abby joined Western Conveyancing in May 2025 and is currently completing her Traineeship with the firm. Since joining, she has consistently demonstrated a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Abby is gaining experience across all areas of the business and continues to develop her skills with a high level of dedication, professionalism, and care. As one of the first points of contact for clients, Abby plays a pivotal role in creating a positive and supportive experience. She values this responsibility and recognises the importance of providing friendly, efficient, and timely support to the overall client experience. Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, Shortcake. She is an avid reader, a movie enthusiast, and remains committed to her ongoing studies and professional growth.
